Gem has always had a yearning to be involved within the hair and makeup industry, she believes it is the perfect way to express herself creatively and hopes that it can lead to many amazing opportunities throughout her career. She already has had some experience in the hairdressing industry previously working as a salon assistant and completing a year of her school based apprenticeship in 2017. This has ensured Gemma was on the right career path. Beginning her apprenticeship in 2018 she is eager to be constantly learning and furthering her skills. Gem already does great blow waves and gives the best head massages whilst at the basin with a treatment or Olaplex on, she has an eagerness to learn with so much enthusiasm and can not wait to begin cutting and especially colouring.

Gem loves being outdoors, travelling and listening to music, she also lives for the music festival scene gaining much of her inspiration from the festival fashion. Gemma is a doll, friendly, bubbly and gets along with everyone, we are lucky to have her as part of the team.

When Gem isn’t in the salon you will find her hanging out with her friends and family or watching Netflix at home with her cat Ziggy fav chocolate in hand.
