SALON COORDINATOR

Having started her career in hairdressing in 1998, Flick realised after qualifying that she loved the managerial area of the industry more than the actual doing of hair so she moved into a front of house position where she really came into her own and flourished.

She has worked in some of Melbourne’s finest hair establishments in various managerial positions but in 2015 Felicity got the travel bug so she packed her bags and headed around the world eventually putting down roots in London where under Akin Konizi, Britains 2 x hairdresser of the year and creative director of one of Britains most successful salon groups HOB, she quickly moved up the ranks from front of house to manager in under 8 months.

Mindfully ensuring that every client’s journey is positively memorable throughout the entire salon experience is paramount to Flick, her belief is that every client should feel important and cared for, from the very first point of contact on the phone, to the smooth running of the salon environment and at the final interaction at the desk. Her warm and bubbly personality is infectious and she enjoys floating around the salon floor ensuring clients are comfortable and happy throughout the day.

In her spare time Flick can be found trawling the internet obsessing over and adding to her already substantial sneaker collection or searching for fresh to death outfits for her bub Jimmy, She is a huge hip hop fan, loves to binge watch entire sessions of the latest TV series but her absolute favourite thing in the world is to hang out with her little homie Jimmy down at their beach house in Pt Lonsdale.
